Preparation
  1. Add 200ml of water into a shaker
  2. Add the full contents of one 57g sachet into the shaker
  3. Close the lid tight and shake vigorously until all powder is dissolved
  4. Decant to drink immediately or seal & store in the fridge for up to 24h
  5. If the product is not consumed in full immediately, always re-shake before consuming

One of my favourite shakes, very filling and I like that there’s so many vitamins packed in these shakes. Once you try Adday shakes everything else will be a little bit lack lustre.
