DOSAGE INFORMATION
Adday is a total diet replacement for weight control, carefully formulated to help balance nutrient intake.
Consume 3 servings per day, one at each mealtime, for 28 days. Each serving is pre-portioned, so no weighing or measuring is required.
Shakes: Add 300ml of water to a shaker, add the contents of the sachet, and shake well before consuming.
Soups: Pour the sachet contents into a bowl. Add 200ml of hot but not boiling water, stir well with a fork or whisk until dissolved. Wait 5 minutes or until desired temperature before consuming. Add more water if desired for a thinner texture.
Porridge: Add the sachet contents to a bowl suitable for a microwave. Add 350ml of water. Mix well until the powder dissolves, then microwave for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir before consuming.
Bars: Ready to eat, no preparation required.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day, aiming for at least 2 litres.
Store away from light and frost in cool, dry conditions (8-25°C).
