Ingredients

Chicory Fibre, Flavour Enhancer: Citric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Natural Flavouring, Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Citrate, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Natural Colour: Carotene, Sweetener: Steviol Glycosides from Stevia, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).

Preparation

Mix 1 sachet (3g) with 350-400ml of cold water. Stir well or shake before drinking. Consume within 24 hours of preparing. One sachet per day is recommended for most people. Up to 4 per day when sweating more or feeling fatigued. Do not exceed 4 sachets in 24 hours.
