• 24 vitamins & minerals, including 100% NRV-class contributions across the B-vitamins, vitamin C and D, iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc and chromium.
• Only 165 calories, low sugar, high fibre.

Why it matters on a GLP-1 or low-calorie diet

GLP-1 medications reduce appetite and can cut overall food intake by 16–39%.
