Because microbes used in probiotics already exist in the body, they’re considered safe. We’ve added vitamins and minerals, which are also good for the body, and will only benefit your immune system. Rarely, you might get an upset stomach after taking Adday products. This is because the microbiome is adjusting to the introduction of new, good bacteria. If this happens, symptoms should pass once the body has adjusted.
